Delivery Time Frames – From Our Pack to Yours in a Flash

New Zealand: We hustle hard to fetch your orders at lightning speed, with couriers that are tracked and signed all the way to your door! Most orders get their paws moving the same day and will be in your hands within 48 hours for Auckland and the North Island, or 2-3 days for the South Island. For our friends in the sticks, give us up to 5 days to sniff our way to you!
Our hours: Monday-Friday (9 am - 5 pm NZST/NZDT). Weekend or holiday orders? They’ll sit and stay until the next business day to hit the road! Once your goodies are off-leash, you’ll get a dispatch email so you can track every sniff and wag of your paw-some parcel’s journey. Every delivery needs a paw-print (signature), so if you're out chasing tails, the courier will leave a ‘missed fetch’ card to help you round it up. (No PO Boxes or locked bags—this pack needs a real address to make the drop!)
Hauling over 3kg? We might add a little extra for the heavy paw-work at checkout."
Address Sniff-Check: Address Sniff-Check: Sniff out those details before hitting 'order'! Once your package leaves the pack, there’s no changing course. If it can’t find its way and gets returned to us, we’ll refund you minus a little handling $15 NZ.
If your order’s still roaming after 7 business days, drop us a line at woof@frenchico.co.nz with your tracking number, and we’ll be on it like a hound on a scent!
Heads Up: We can’t be held on the leash for any delays by our courier pals or for lost parcels once they’re out the door.
Returns – Love it or Leave it, We’ve Got Your Back
Had a Change of Heart? No worries, we’ll fetch you a refund on any unopened, unused goodies within 14 days! Just give us a howl at woof@frenchico.co.nz to get your Goods Return Authority number. Once we confirm your items are still as fresh as a new bone, we’ll send your refund (minus shipping).
Since we can’t take back opened goodies, make sure you’ve sniffed out the perfect treat before hitting ‘buy’! Not sure, got questions? Give us a bark at woof@frenchico.co.nz. And don’t skip the ingredient list—we’re a no surprises kind of pack - it’s up to you to make sure our products vibe with your furry BFF. We’re all about keeping surprises fun!
Damaged or Missing Something?
Something Missing or a Bit Ruff? If your order’s missing a treat or looks like it’s been through the dog park on the way, snap a pic of the damage and send it to woof@frenchico.co.nz within 14 days. We’ll fix it up faster than a pup chasing a ball!
